Summer Olympics have more performance-enhancing drug users (who get caught) than the Winter Olympics, but not by much (0.27% vs. 0.25%). Athens in 2004 had the most positive drug test results of all the modern summer Olympics, and Salt Lake City in 2002 has the most for Winter Olympics.
